An Old Irish Blessing

May the road rise to meet you.

May the wind be always at your back.

May the sun shine warm upon your face.

And rains fall soft upon your fields.

And until we meet again,

May God hold you in the hollow of His hand.

A Good 'ole Irish Cream Recipe.....

Bailey's "Original" Irish Cream
Ingredients:

1 cup light cream

1 can Eagle Brand sweetened condensed milk

1-2/3 cups Irish whiskey 1 tsp. instant coffee
2 tbsp. Hershey's chocolate syrup

1 tsp. vanilla extract
1 tsp. almond extract
Directions:

Combine all ingredients in a blender set on high speed for 30 seconds.

Pour in a pretty bottle with tight lid and refrigerate.

Will keep for at least 2 months if kept cool. Shake before serving.
